If this is your first time at Liberty, you are our honored guest. We want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk through our doors. Here are a few frequently asked questions to help you plan your visit.

WHERE WE MEET

Liberty Bible Church has three campuses: Chesterton, LaPorte and Valparaiso. Each campus has its own live worship and a children’s program. You can expect to hear the same teaching and sermon at all of our campuses.

WHAT ARE SERVICES LIKE

All of our worship services have a casual and informal atmosphere. The worship and music style varies depending upon the venue you choose. Each week you will experience live teaching, powerful worship and communion.

WHEN TO ARRIVE

We suggest arriving ten minutes before service begins to find parking, grab a cup of coffee, and check your child(ren) into our Children's Ministry.

What to wear

Come as you are. The environment is casual so you will see a variety of dress styles from jeans and t-shirts to an occasional suit and tie. Come dressed however you are comfortable.

Where do I go when I get there

Once you arrive at one of our campuses, look for a Welcome Center. You can expect to find a smiling face to greet you and to help you navigate your morning. At any time, feel free to ask for help or directions from any of our friendly volunteers wearing a yellow lanyard.

DO I NEED A BIBLE

If you own a Bible, you will want to bring it. Our pastors teach from the Bible. They will refer to it often – and even encourage you to mark it up as your life-textbook. If you don’t have one, we provide Bibles at all of our venues. Our pastors teach from the English Standard Version (ESV) Bible, but feel free to bring along whichever version you have.

What Do you have for Children and Students

We have children’s programs available at all campuses. All volunteers go through background checks and receive excellent training to provide a safe environment for your children. To find the appropriate classroom for your children, head to a Welcome Center. Our team of dedicated volunteers will escort you and your children to their classrooms.

We are a multi-generational church and we encourage students to worship and serve with their families.

WHAT DO YOU OFFER FOR GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Our parking lots include plenty of handicap parking spaces and all of our campuses and venues are wheelchair accessible.

For those who are deaf, we have a Sign Language Interpreter available at 9 am service at the Chesterton campus.

For children with special needs who may need the assistance of a buddy, we offer "Liberty Buddies" throughout the morning and a sensory class at our Chesterton campus. Please note, both ministries require a reservation. Make A Reservation

LIBERTY KIDS

At all of our campuses, children (birth – 5th grade) can experience a safe and clean atmosphere. Our engaging learning environment helps children learn about Jesus in a relevant and creative way.
