Backpacks Because... is a local outreach to needy families with children entering grades K-5 and qualifying for the free or reduced lunch program.  Mom's fill out registration forms at the Hilltop Neighborhood House where they may be receiving services. Sponsor your child by picking up a form from the Hall of Nations this Sunday!
